Chacaleria is a crime film about Antonia, an entrepreneur who, after losing her livelihood due to the COVID pandemic, decides to secure her financial future by selling and distributing alcohol using her drone during the government-imposed lockdown in Panama during the COVID-19 crisis. This becomes increasingly difficult when Ronny, a principled by-the-book police officer forced into corruption, catches Antonia in the act and blackmails her into robbing a bank.
